Sessions begin on April 1, 2022. We will meet once per week for 4 weeks to go through “The A-V Journal:22 Thoughts To Enhance Your Life”. Sessions will be held virtually via Google Hangouts. You will receive a link via email prior to the start date. Sessions will be recorded as well for you to reference later if you aren’t able to make all of them.
